You can access our Remote Management Tools by going to http://manage.contentwatch.com.
This will require you to login with your e-mail and admin password.
Once logged in you manage your settings. You can also view reports remotely, but first you must first go to Filter Settings and click on Allow Remote Viewing of Reports. Once this checked reports should start showing within 6 to 8 hours.

I cannot seem to find the "Filter Settings". I see a "Settings", but when I click on it there is no option related to filter. I am on the manage.contentwatch.com website.

In Remote Management, click on the User you want to change the filtering for and then you will see an option for Filtering.

I have tried to connect to the admin tool but it tells me I do not have a registered email, however I am certain I have an account. I paid for the software set it up, and bought an extra seat for another computer as well. to which this website tells me i do not have that seat filled when I used the given code on that computer and it still does not work. Your software is not exactly user friendly and its confusing just getting it to work right.

I have Netnanny for Mac and cannot access the logs remotely. I sign into netnanny.intego, com but the logs stopped appearning a a few days ago. Your technician said they would reappear in a day or so but they haven't. Also, I cannot sign into any of the management accounts referenced in this thread, I get a response saying that I am not registered.

I set up Net Nanny on two Macs, but program doesn't seem to block internet access. Logs on Web Administration page don't show activity, either, even though both kids were using internet. Is the Trial version disabled in some way, or all ways?

Emails to support@contentwatch.com get bounced. Is this company still active?

We have had some email server problems over the weekend and they should be resolved very soon.
