The remote monitoring funtion for MAC does not seem to work. I am able to gain access to the site, but no activity is displayed. Has anyone found and solved this problem?

Please send the following information to our Tech Support team at support@contentwatch.com:
* Customer IP address * Password used (On the Web Admin site) * Console / system .logs
The Console and System logs can be found in the Console Utility. It is located under Applications/ Utilities. When you open Console, you will see the list of logs in the left hand column. Highlight 'Console Messages', then select: File/ Save a Copy As from the top menu bar and save the log to the Desktop. Then, do the same command with the system.log in the Console list. Once these two logs have been saved to the Desktop, please have the customer e-mail them to us for analysis.
Please also send a screen print of the Net Nanny program when you open it.

If you are still having the issue after clearing your logs and disabling your Web Administration and resetting it back up, then yes, please send the information.

My friend is a Mac user, and I'm a Windows user. Currently, NetNanny is not installed on my computer, but it is installed on his. My friend provided me with the user ID and password which he believes I can use to log in to remotely monitor his Internet activity. He gave me a separate password to log into NetNanny.com. However, I can log into neither netnanny.intego.com nor manage.netnanny.com from my Windows PC. My friend has activated remote viewing from his client. Is there something we're doing wrong?
