I've had Net Nanny for about 6 months and am frustrated that there is no computer time management with it. At least why no add-on utility for that purpose using the same password. It would have to control the ability to change the clock time. Teenager found games can be downloaded on trial basis then log-off internet and play game indefinitely.
Also I cannot check an individual's activity but only that of all users- little detail. Any suggestions or alternate products. Also half hour time blocks are limiting- I'd like 15 minute blocks.

Net Nanny is an internet filter and only limits internet time. Net Nanny time controls are based off of the time zone set within the Time Controls feature, not off the system clock.
You can add users in Net Nanny so that each user has to sign in with their own user name and password, then you can run reports for each individual.

For time controls you want to look at "Parental Time Control" products like KidsWatch, Enuff, WatchDog, TimeControl, etc. I personally liked KidsWatch.
I've already asked CW about stable/safe interoperability with those products and they basically told me "good luck with that". I am basically disappointed in such an unhelpful response. I understand that NN is limited only to web/browser parental controls. That in no way means parent's needs are also just as limited, and that other tools might be needed to solve those problems that NN doesn't.
